Execution Rocks got its name during the Revolutionary War. The British were said to have chained prisoners to the rocks to drown them at high tide. This commemorative winter seascape is part of the historic American Lighthouse series by Mr Needham. It is painted on heavy-weight watercolor board, triple matted, framed, and ready to hang.
